Overview

Toshi Consulting HRMS is a multi-tenant human resource management platform that unifies employee records, geo-aware attendance, policy-driven leave approvals, and monthly payroll in one admin experience. It serves SaaS operators provisioning customer tenants and organizations running a single-tenant / on-prem deployment.

Employees punch in from the dashboard; managers approve leave from an inbox; HR runs attendance registers and monthly payroll with printable, branded payslips. The UI began as static HTML prototypes and was migrated into a production Laravel 12 app with Blade templates, REST APIs, and a dark admin shell.

Problem Statement

HR teams in growing Indian companies often run on spreadsheets, email-based leave threads, disconnected attendance tools, and manual payslip generation. Multi-branch organizations need geo-validated attendance and policy-driven payroll — CTC breakup, statutory flags, and loss-of-pay proration. SaaS vendors need tenant isolation, subscription control, and per-customer feature toggles without rebuilding HR logic for every client.

Employees punch in from the dashboard; optional geo-validation confirms they are within an allowed branch radius. HR reviews a monthly attendance register, applies corrections when needed, and exports to Excel for payroll reconciliation.

Leave management that matches your policy

Staff see balances, apply for leave, and track status in a clear portal. Approvals follow your configured workflow — single manager, multi-level chain, or HR-only — with notifications at each step so nothing sits in email limbo.

Payroll you can trust month to month

Salary templates capture CTC breakup once; monthly runs prorate pay using attendance and loss-of-pay rules. Payslips are printable, branded, and itemized with amount in words. Statutory tax handling can be enabled where required.

One settings hub for all HR policy

Configure weekoffs, holidays, leave rules, attendance rules, payroll templates, branch locations, currency, and org hierarchy from a single admin area — no juggling separate tools for each policy type.
